Order Returns
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime from the Order Tracking page on our website.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. After this window, we may not be able to make changes.
